Athashri Mahajan (Subodh Bhave) is a Marathi professor who is unmarried despite being in his 40’s. Gayatri (Tejashree Pandit) is an independent woman who is also almost 40 but still single. Although Athashri is now ready for marriage , having seen and being rejected by 35 women , he still is an eternal optimist.
